The research project Transformation of Management and Supervisory Boards in the Era of Artificial Intelligence (TUNO-AI) explores how artificial intelligence is reshaping the work, decision-making processes, and strategic role of management and supervisory boards. The focus is on board effectiveness, the relationship between human judgment and algorithmic insights, the strengthening of strategic agility, and changes in interpersonal and group dynamics. The project combines academic research and collaboration with practice to develop guidelines, tools, and models that support the responsible and purposeful use of artificial intelligence in corporate governance.
