His long-standing academic and practical experience in working with boards provides a strong professional foundation for leading the TUNO-AI project and researching the transformation of management and supervisory boards in the era of artificial intelligence.
Darko Tipurić is a full professor at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb, with long-standing academic and professional expertise in strategic management, managerial decision-making, and corporate governance. His research is particularly focused on the roles, functioning, and quality of supervisory boards, as well as on the influence of institutional and contextual factors on governance structures. Through his theoretical contributions and experience in international projects, he provides a strong scientific foundation for analyzing the strategic role of boards and their transformation in the context of artificial intelligence adoption.
Jasna Prester is a full professor at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb, whose research focuses on digital transformation, advanced technologies, and their impact on organizational performance and business processes. She has extensive experience in quantitative research based on large-scale European datasets, particularly in the areas of inovation, operations management and artificial intelligence. Her expertise provides strong empirical support for the TUNO-AI project, especially in analyzing digital readiness and the effects of AI adoption on organizational effectiveness.
Ivana Marić is a full professor at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb, whose scientific work focuses on management, organizations of public and non-profit interest, and sustainable governance. Her research addresses governance structures from the perspective of shared values, long-term sustainability, and social responsibility, which is directly relevant to understanding inclusive and responsible applications of artificial intelligence in boards.
